Website estimate inquiries
The estimate form collects the contact details, project information, photographs, files, and plan-sharing links you choose to send. We use them to review your inquiry and contact you about the work.
Accepted inquiries and attachments are transferred securely to private storage on Pro Fence’s Office server. The public website remains hosted by Vercel, but uploaded file contents are sent directly to the Office server rather than retained in Vercel file storage. An email notification is sent through Resend. An accepted request does not by itself confirm that an email was delivered. Plan links are stored as submitted; the form server does not automatically open them.
The form keeps unfinished entries in the open page so you can retry an unsuccessful request. It does not save your inquiry to browser storage or enroll you in marketing. Closing or reloading the page may clear unfinished entries.
To limit abusive submissions, the form stores a keyed identifier derived from the request’s network address. The form does not store the raw network address in the inquiry record.
The website uses Google Ads technology for advertising measurement. Contact details, project descriptions, plan links, and uploaded files are not included in the website’s custom measurement events.
To ask about access to or deletion of an inquiry, contact profence@caprofence.com. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a fence estimate.
Pro Fence Office

Pro Fence Office is an internal business application used by Pro Fence Company to manage company records, reports, invoices, estimates, jobs, and employee timecards.
Information We Collect
We collect information entered into Pro Fence Office, including customer names, contact details, job details, estimates, invoices, payments, timecards, and related business records. When a customer opens an estimate or invoice, we may record the date, time, IP address, and browser/device information for security and activity tracking. When a customer signs an estimate electronically, we also record the signature name and a fingerprint of the estimate version that was accepted. If QuickBooks is connected, we may access QuickBooks accounting report data needed to show payroll and business reporting totals inside Pro Fence Office.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the Pro Fence Office system, prepare business reports, manage jobs, track invoices and payments, review employee hours, and maintain a security and contract audit trail. QuickBooks data is used only for company reporting inside Pro Fence Office.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the system, comply with legal requirements, or support normal business operations.
Data Storage and Security
Pro Fence Office stores business data on the company-controlled server and connected backup services. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect access to company data.
QuickBooks Connection
When authorized, Pro Fence Office connects to QuickBooks through Intuit's OAuth process. The connection can be removed by Pro Fence administrators at any time.
